ARGUS is committed to high standards of ethical conduct. This channel gives employees, partners, and members of the public a safe and confidential way to report serious wrongdoing within the organization.
What Whistle-blowing Is For
When to Use This Channel
Whistle-blowing is for serious concerns in the public interest, including:
- Criminal activity or fraud
- Violations of human rights
- Corruption or bribery
- Serious health and safety violations
- Environmental damage
- Violations of the ICoCA Code of Conduct
- Concealment of any of the above
This channel is separate from the general complaints procedure. For individual grievances about employment or services, please use the Complaints & Grievances page.
Your Protections
ARGUS protects whistle-blowers from retaliation. Anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected, even if the concern later proves unfounded.
We guarantee:
- Anonymity, if you request it
- No retaliation of any kind
- A confidential investigation
- Regular updates on the progress of your report
- Protection under Ukrainian and international law
Every report is investigated impartially and thoroughly. We take each one seriously.
